Where does this store ship from?

Tickets do not ship. They are always "WILL CALL", meaning there will be a list of all advance ticket purchasers at the door on the night of the performance.

A valid ID and/or the receipt from the order will count as your ticket(s) and you'll be crossed off the list.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

All purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges can be allowed due to the nature of contracts with the bands, etc.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

We sure do!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Again, no tickets are actually printed. We do this to cut our costs, which is then passed down to you consumers as cheaper ticket prices. Bring your ID and/or the receipt of your order to the show to count as your ticket and you'll be crossed off the will call list.
